I think they should be inventory clickable. For example, Ashpyre is a very useful clicky and it is inventory clickable. Legplates of Vituperation are a very useful clicky and you need to un-equip your godly spires greaves to click them.
Kedrins point is that this is a slippery slope. If you allow one thing to be inventory clickable based on another thing being inventory clickable, why not allow that third thing as well, and that fourth and so on?
As Zaela said elsewhere, precedents suck cause you can't really get rid of them, but no need to give in to them either.
ok i guess you could argue that all clickable items should not need to be worn and i guess that's something. but your argument for why your green pants from an entry tier 7 mob should be clickable from inventory is to use one of the only good clickable from inventory items that also happens to be really hard to get due to elaborate chest and fire spirit pieces being horrible things you are lucky if you ever get
Peep this: I have these clickable items on my mage:
Yeah I guess the precedent really sucks here. you can argue that snap aggro on a tank is at least as useful as a free group hot for a priest but it was worth trying. Everything is useful to someone, but whats fair is fun. I was expecting any other tanks that have this item to say "yeah wow it should be this way".
