Lack of primary usable high end 1h monk weapons.

There is a current lack of primary usable 1h monk weapons in the high end game.

The only one I can recall is the one from rymaz, which is worse dps than using your bare fist.

Needle-Fist from Gibbertwitch in PoTorment would make a decent 1her because of it's delay, but it's secondary only.
Black Fist of Malath from the Summoner event in Cmal is also secondary only.
Wardfist from Taeshlin is also secondary only.

There is a monk weapon that drops from the AE DT mob in Misery, but it's primary form of dps comes from bane damage, which makes the weapon far less desirable than using your 13/18 fists + bane damage gloves. I could go deeper in to this weapon being that the bard weapon from the same mob is a high quality weapon which bards want to obtain.

What I would suggest is to make ( some of ) the 3 high end secondary only weapons both primary and secondary equippable.

Although I think the mentioned Wildstrike Baton is balanced as it is (for who it drops off), I will agree that there does seem to be a shortage for high-end primary monk weapons.

I agree the baton is balanced for who it drops off of, but the point I was trying to make is that it's hardly considered a high-end worthy item.

Beastlords get the fist from Master of Everchill, which isn't great or anything.. but it serves as a decent primary weapon. Also, think they can use piercers ( or maybe that was just live ).

Last night Zhak held agro better with 2Hb then his one handers. He also stated that his 2hb was better DPS whether or not that part is correct I donno.

His 2H also has a massive aggro proc.

No, it's just that Zhak is more or less entirely right. There's no comparable 1H for primary, so you end up with a subpar combination compared to the 2H.
