I was revamping the Gfay wiki page and it looks like the NPC who should sell Druid spells level 1 - 20 no longer spawns. I checked day and night.

I believe the NPC was/is named Mise
 
Looks like all the spell vendors are gone now. I might have trained some Kaezulians into the druid guild during the war event there... Are the Kelethin NPCs supposed to despawn during war?
