Kelethin Bard starting quest

I've seen to have run into a bit of a problem on my bard, I did the introduction and appeared in front of my class trainer in Kelethin.

If you hail him you will have the option to say "Can you help me become a better bard?" to start a quest, but if you write it, nothing happens. I tried it with /cm d1 aswell but with the same result.

Im now level 5 and have tried to go back there since i figured i might be too low level to start it. But it's the same and i can't seem to find any other quests to do now that i've been spider, lizard and bat killing.
 
I tried a wood elf warrior today, and I tried talking to the guild leader, but he wouldn't respond to his /cm 1 command either.

Are these quests just not implemented yet?
 
A lot of Kelethin is in transition, it is a much newer city and I'm sorry to report there are many bugs of this sort. Keep posting them though, it helps us fill in the gaps where needed!
 
I am going to be changing the starting city back to the old zones while we get Kelethin situated since it seems to be taking much longer than we thought it would.

Petition in game if you already started and want a move to a starting city with actual quests =p. Refer to this post in your petition.
