Can't find anything named QoS in that flash, but here is the image of my screen at the end of the test, showing the results, maybe you can see what you want looking at the image.

Do the java one that loads in the page, not the one in a dotted-line box. It should have a blue and a purple column showing when it loads.

I can't find that.

I went to the java speed test page and it keep saying that I have to place a code in my web page and have to download something, extract and edit a html file.

I've gone to "web sites using java speed test" and didn't find any java applet there to do the test.

Am I doing something wrong?

Never happened before (i've played here some months ago and played when it was WR).
