Kaztra the Shardslayer

Has anyone seen this lil wonder since the most recent wave of updates to Crystal caverns?

I have not seen kaztra up in probably 3 weeks now, running in line with the updates of the models, and the gear in crystal caverns. I am however aware, he used to spawn in Icewell, but i am having my doubts about it.

If anyone has seen him/her recently, please speak up.
 
Ive seen Kaztra in Icewell since the update to crystal caverns, but he is on a long timer and has a drop for a high end quest so he is rarely up for long.
 
I saw him a few days ago (bit the temptation to kill him) Since hes pointless for me to bother with.

Not getting tell Hell again from Angry Int Casters :D First time I found him me and a buddy killed him only to find out afterwards hes for a Int caster quests so his No Drop item rotted. P Oed many a int caster in OOC after asking about it.
 
Easy for you to say :)

He ate Azmat and nabal the first time I ran into him months ago. Now he be a easy kill for azmat and Nabal.
