Jyre Procs

I do not know if procs are working like this for all things or just Jyre, but it is only proccing off of 1 hit per round. If you double attack it is only going off on the first round, and not the second. I think it was/should go off on both.

ok, sorry. Still think you should be able to proc when double attacking.

Buff procs also only proc off your main hand, more news at 11.

Yeah I understand that, but I think weapon procs should proc off double attacks.

Only the first swing counts for procs. Always.

Does seem like someone normalized the proc rate when it is in ammo however. Probably a smart change.

A 40% swing on spec bonuses always did seem pretty harsh IMO.
