Item with unlimited charges saying it's out of charges? Post here!

Was the primary pet class wand with the 10 second cast time fer the pet heal.

Doesn't list charges on it anywhere when I look at it in game or on Formeleo2Wiki, 'n I'd never clicked it 'afore, so I -think- that one does have unlimited charges. I know the stones're 20 now.
