What? The dev team of SoD aren't going to implement the new expansions. And even if they wanted to, it wouldn't be possible, the current client can not support them.

Its a word filter, Wiz doesn't want the website to be associated with them at all, probably for moral and legal reasons.

We do not update to the new expansions because all of th econtent on the server is hand made.


We do not follow the same "expansions" as EQ. If your looking for a game with up to date graphics this one isnt for you.

We focus on game play.

There is plenty of reason why SoD doesnt want anything on their web or server that links them to "The Game". if you sit and think about that. As far as staying up to date with The Game, why would we want to?? i joined SoD for the sole reason that it was TOTALLY custom content. i mean, even the zone names are custom to this server. keeping that in mind, seems that SoD has a reputation of makeing THIS Game stand apart from The Game.
