Is the login server down?

I went from getting 1017 an hour ago to reinstalling everything and getting 1001 now.

I am hopeless

Ok I switched the eqhost.txt in my eq directory to say

[Registration Servers]
{
"wintersroar.com:5999"
}
[Login Servers]
{
"wintersroar.com:5997"
}

Now I can see the server selection screen but can't log in, I am back to 1017 error...
