is phyical enchancement broke?

Fomelo stats I have 2920 hps however, I only have 2,863hps (notice my aa's) it says i have a plus57 from my "Physical Enhancement", but its not showing in the game on my character... im I bugged? or does phyical enchancement not really give hps or does it actually do anything?
 
I think the hit point portion of physical enhancement only compounds with natural durability client side. That's the only thing I can think of?
 
hmm.. so since I didnt buy any natural durability i dont get any advantage of it? I was looking at it being nice with alittle bit of all overall bonus... if I woulda known it didnt give the extra hps I woulda spent for the next rank of acrobatics... oh well.. heh
 
ahhh they changed it then, it said that plus it said it added some natural durability before
 
I have ND and PE and my Fomelo matches my in game HPs. Also, the HPs from AA I get on Fomelo are equal to 12% (10+2), which is ND+PE.
 
i guess since i dont have nat dura it might be flawed, ill toss a point into that and see what happens
 
If im correct the AA specificly says it increases your effect from Natural Durability so if you dont have natural durability you dont have an effect from it so it doesnt give you anything.

Also i think some spamm account needs banning or something
