So here I was under the impression that IRC we are supposed to be using *should* be on the new server, but I suppose not, because there's still nobody in there after all day. Further, I can find no link to IRC ANYWHERE on the main page, and the one listed in the *sod must-have sites* thread is the same one I have.

So. . . how do I get to this mystical *old* server where either I'm supposed to be, or all the dumb people are. . . .? And can we Please Please Please get a link to IRC straight from the main site?
 
The new IRC you won't be registered on. It's still being config'd etc so it needs to be up. The old IRC you will be able to register and is the one we are still connecting to until the new IRC is finished getting set up.

To connect to the currently used IRC: /server 64.15.138.289
 
<- lazy and at work right now.... which one does shardsofdalaya.com connect to? I'm assuming the old?
 
For me it connects to the new one, I had to add another server using 64.15.138.209.
 
It depends! :dance:

If your purge your DNS cache, you should get the new server. If your still getting the old server, your machine has a cache DNS record...
