Invigor spell?

Got my cleric Ulbaruk up to 19 for some new spells. Got them all at the cleric guild in Erudin, except for Invigor. Was told that it might not be in game and that it might have been replaced with another spell. I couldn't, however, find anything else for level 19 clerics. Just curious if it is gone, or did I miss it, or did I miss it's replacement. It's not a huge deal, but it's on the WR spell list, and being the obessive compulsive completest that I am....well you know :)

Hey Bro,

Go to Oasis and look where the gypsies used to be. There are some non-kos orcs. One of them has a "merchant-like" name. He's got a lot of spells and invigor is in there. The camp is on the north bank of the pond/lake.
