Initial training Sense traps

Im a lvl 14 rogue and ever since lvl 10 I'm trying to train sense traps with my guildmaster in Northern Newport. I spent 4 trainingpoints at it but I still cannot use the skill. The rank still says LEVEL: 10. I also cannot make a hotbutton for it.

So what's the trick? Am I doing something wrong? Is it broken?

When I right-click at the trainer, I get the skills list. I can train everything and the skillnumbers go up. For instance at lvl 13 I trained dual wield. After training the rank changes from "LEVEL: 13" to "13" (I get a skillup) from there on I can raise the skill. When I do the same for Sense traps. My available skillpoints drop by one but I dont get the skillup. It just keeps saying at rank "LEVEL: 10". Meaning I still cannot start raising it.

Ive had this same issue with a couple of my skills on my bard. I think maybe that they are just not implemented, they were the more obscure skills like sense traps also.
 
I have the same issue also, oddly enough disarm traps is trainable and makes a hotkey.
