incorrect spell descriptions

I hope to get time tonight to go over it with someone and/or do some testing.

I was thinking along line of, Reduces endurance consumption during stances by x percent. I got a war and sk i was going to see what it look likes. See if it affects recovery in combat too like jumbers alluded to.

I do want to get all reference change from stamina to endurance tho.

I havnt had as much time this week to work on procs as i wanted. I got most of focus effects ready.

It would also be nice to get some descriptions added to tomes too. That might be my next undertaking.

not sure if the intent was to add descriptions to all items or not.

Edit: was looking through my bags/bank and found lots of items without descriptions, I can post more down the road if it helps to fill in blanks.

I have started on descriptions for procs and worn effects. Still in progress. With luck i might get another batch ready for updating later this weekend.
