The Rogue class AA "Escape" says it has a 24minute refresh timer:
"Hastened Escape" is 3 ranks, each decreasing the time to reuse Escape by 10% per rank (2.4min/rank, ~7minutes with all completed):
Unfortunately, when trying to hit the Escape button again, the refresh timer is actually 50 minutes instead of the ~17minutes it should be according to the description:
