Iksar/Troll STANDING regen broken?

at all levels it seems iksar/troll are getting 2hp back per tick when standing. I don't have the table handy, but i know this regen is supposed to increase at eventually be at 12/hp per tick standing

In the thread titled Troll/Iksar regen (racial trait bonus) broken?, which is still about half way down the first page,

Everyone regenerates 1hp/tick standing except trolls/iksar who regenerate two. It's a lot more sitting.

If it's not just me fooling myself, it's about double that of other races while sitting, thou, so it's pretty good for solo/duo people.

you think regen'ing 2hp at 65 when mobs hit for well over 100+ good for solo'ing?

No, I think regening double that of other races when sitting is good for solo/duo players, because it lowers downtime.
