Ikky Necro KOS with wood elf Tree City?

Is an iksar NEC kos with the old wood elf tree city? If so, is there anyway to become non kos?

Luas is not kos there and I never actively worked for the faction.

Might be Athica.

Except for maybe shadowknight and paladin, as they are of predetermined deities, there are never by default any KOS areas in the game, so don't worry.

Shadowknight is Marlow, so he is KoS to Surefall and clr/pal guild, and Paladin is Althuna, not sure what that would make you KoS to, but likely Grobb.
