Icons Disapearing?

Is it possible for an Icon to disapear?My althuna neck/ ( rust key Im fairly sure I had one but I never used it so im not 100% on that one) isnt in my bank but a Gm said it still was. Ive checked seven or eight times myself and have even had a friend check it without seeing it. I kept them all in the same bag but we have checked every bag in my bank. syduck:

Did you try relogging? Sometimes items will seem to be not there even when it is. Relogging generally fixes it.

If you login and still can't find the necklace, petition and the gm can verify it's there.

Ya, that necks been gone for like over a month now so it wasnt a matter of relogging sadly. One gm said they reimbursed it but it never showed up on my inventory / bank either =/

Petition again. If the gm can't find it, he or she will reimburse it. If necessary they can tell you specifically where it is.

So last night Rarilith said they gave me the althuna neck back. However its still not in the bank / on my persons so Im thinking its something to do with my client maybe? Pretty much the only thing I have not done is reinstall EQ.
