how to recover deleted characters?

Hey, I recently started playing again and found that 2 of my characters were deleted. One is a 65 wood elf druid with a few AA's and the other was a 35ish rogue, Is there any way For me to get them back? They both still come up on fomelo when i search for them... Thanks
 
If they're showing up on Fomelo, they probably aren't deleted.

Are you sure you're checking the right account?

http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/acctmanage/index.php -- Check your e-mail address(es) in the List Accounts link to see if there are any other accounts you may have forgotten.

A character restore might not be the right course of action if the characters are showing up on Fomelo, but the Request Character Restore page is linked to from that page as well. Do not use it lightly.
