How do I move the EQ window?

When I run the SoD patch, the EQwindow pops up at the bottom of the screen, how do i move it so I can center it for play?

from in game with eqw, you can press ctrl-alt-r to release the mouse and move the title bar with your mouse. there are other ways, but yeah...

I tried CTL+ALT+R and it didn't work. I remembered that from playing EQ before. Is there another way to get the mouse arrow outside the window and move it?

alt+tab if you have another app open and running, or cntrl+alt+del will free it up, too.

The EQ window pops up for me at the top left side of the screen, so i cant see the title bar at all. Is there some .ini or .cfg coordinates value i can fix to change the starting placement of it?
