How do i load velius textures?

i've looked and looked in my eqclient.ini and cannot find any armor load things, so i took them from a forum post here and posted them in my eqclient.ini manually, but my armor still looks the same, maybe because a. my armor may not be luclin, or b. i'm doing it wrong.
can anyone tell me what to do here? i made my ini look like this.
(this is just part of the ini where i threw it in.)

I'm not at my home computer so I can't 100% confirm those settings will work, but it looks like it is correct. Combine BP and legs have a Velious texture and plenty of people have those. You should be able to find somebody in Athica who will equip one or both of those pieces so you can test it out.

I believe that has to be enabled to load the next few lines. Could be wrong though!
