How close are we to a second box?

My opinion is to get rid of OOC and auction, think about it, it's not realistic. They didn't use cell phones in mid-evil days.
 
Umm whoever said we have to be realistic? While I'm all for realism if the game is RPI, WR isn't.

My account balance is too unstable to sign up for monthly plans (wreckless student) but I've donated a loose :10bux: and will donate more every so often when I can :)

Well there's advantages and disadvantages to both. For instance, playing a necro on WR is not so fun since all but a couple zones I've leveled in up to 31 do not have fear support "yet". You're also getting alot less content than what SOE provides.

Just saying I think the game has a ways to go before more people are willing to pony up for it.

Quantity of content vs quality of content?

I'd rather eat 2 ounces of prime rib than 3 pounds of shit.
 
Agreed, a lot of the quests on WR are well thought out...was Live's quests the same in the beginning? Yes, overtime, did they became utter shit? Correct!

I think the thing that makes WR much more of a quality game then Live is the fact the quality is not going anywhere.
 
How about changing the server funds on the front page to reflect what would be needed for a second box. I'm sure people will then get an idea what might be needed and could donate what ever they could.

As others have said, quality > quantity. Winters Roar has always provided a quality server. The raids, events, exp camps, quests(especially this one) have never been "rushed" to make a deadline. They are well thought out and in general are very good.

I'd rather have them continue with their quality work then to start doing what Sony has done.
