How can i recover my chars (if possible)

Here is my problem, i created some characters but i formated my computer. I'd like to know if it is possible to recover those character (if they are stored on a server). When i type the name of any of my characters in the *Wanelo char profiler*, i can see their equipement ...

Character data is stored completely server-side, your computer doesn't store any character information (aside from UI configuration which is not stored server side).

Storing that info client side would make it too open for exploits (like Diablo 2 open battle.net).
