hey jumbers stop letting ceto make free loot

How much plat you wanna bet it's someone in Resurgum getting fed loot by Ceto spawning his own mobs for his own guild, and then also giving them every strat for it too? But the content is Tier 18 so whatever loot from it that's broken is "on tier".
