Heroic Bond vs Fortitude

Fortitude

HB is AC 65 with an increase to HPs by 400 at level 52. Fortitude is an AC of 60 with an increase to Hps by 400 at level 55. I checked and rechecked to make sure Im not looking like a tard, but could someone explain the difference?

Fortitude Duration: 1440 ticks (144 minutes)
Heroic Bond Duration: 720 ticks (72 minutes)

But I can't see it being worth an extra 3 levels and never have seen it as that useful. I guess you HB during the group and fortitude everyone when you leave.

wasnt there talk at one time of making the level 55 spell a group spell?

heroic bond -is- a group spell.

no, i agree with you... just clarifying for thuunndarr. heroic bond is a group spell, so the only difference between them is the duration.

maybe i mixed something up, but i swear i remember someone saying that fortitude would get something changed ie group, upped ac/hp, something... this was before the server went down, so it may have slipped by the wayside.
