Help With Account

Ive made the account with EQEmu and got the patcher and the hotfix for Winter's Roar. I read the rules about a thousand times over, log on fine and get into the game and im stunned and it says my account is not approved. I read the rules but it still says my account is not approved I dont know what to do. Can somone please help?

You will have to read the rules again... Dont skip anything. The answer is there and you need to get it from there. They dont let us speak of such things...
