Help to Recover my old account please

Heyas, i tried recover an account that i used time ago but it is impossible cause i know the name account but don`t have the e-mail i used and now i have another, the password i used last time was : ****** , but dont work atm; the name of the account is :***** , i had a pally 65 named qizniac, last time i logged in if i remember good was in zone:eld.mansion, where i made exp and aapoints.

All you need ask me or want know please tell me.
But really want recover it, have lot of friends that starting now on thsi server and want join with my pally dwarf.

Go to the account management page, and click on the FAQ. It tells you what to do in this situation.

If you read the faq on recovering accounts, you will notice it says a couple things. First, we don't check it daily, and second, insufficient data in the email will get the email ignored. It also pays to keep it to one account per email, otherwise you overload the gm and make him skip over it as being too much work.

Also, please keep the email clear and understandable. Trying to decipher a cryptic request just makes people tired and annoyed.

I haven't seen your email, so I'm not commenting on yours.

So if you don't get a response within a week, look over your email, figure out where you might have been less than clear, and try it again.]
