Help get account back.

I have tried the account recovery but it does not send me anything to my emails, and when I try to use my account name with email none of the emails i would use with the account worked. I know what the account and password was and it still shows my character when I search him. I don't know if my account was deleted for not playing on it for a while or what.

I believe the List Accounts function is currently having hiccups, 2 of my friends trying to get back into the game are having the same issue, no email reply occuring when requesting the List. Checked it with my email and same result.

I've been trying it for.... a week now with an @msn.com account and I get nothing. Not even in my junk folders.

Makes it hard to play the characters that I enjoy when I can't access my account.

If the List Accounts thing is failing you, send an e-mail to [email protected] with full details of what you tried, what e-mails you received or expected but did not receive, what information you have on the accounts, and anything else you think might pertinent from the e-mail address of which you would like a listing of the accounts thereto registered.
