Hello! ... please help me?

Hi!!
My friend just told me about SoD and I'm really excited to start playing!
I've had a few problems though and I have NO IDEA how to fix them.
SO I read everything and downloaded the files. I cant find any mention of my problem.
I patched the game last night (With the SoD patcher) and when it finished I clicked "Play" the game launched, full screen, to the official ESRB screen. Then it froze.... and thats where I'm at, lol.

There was ONE time this morning where it went to an unofficial looking ESRB and then went on to set my options and login and all that but I clicked out because it was really small and tried to open it again. No luck. I have no idea how I got it working that one time but I'd be totally content to get it running again, even if it's really small.

Anyone have any idea what I did wrong?

Please help! I miss EQ!

I cant promise you an answer, but ill try and help you if im able. First thing I need to know: How much RAM, What do you have running in background, and What video card do you have, also what optional models do you have tured on or off?
 
Welcome to SoD =) I hope you get your tech issues worked out. There is a forum for that if Wily can't help ya, more people who can help will find your post there.

My friend talked me through all the trouble i was having. Im dumb =p i set it up totally wrong lol
