ok, i recently bought this item for my necro, which i will say is an awesome deal for him. i was just wondering whats the regen of it?

i looked up regeneration, and it said it was 5hp per tick regen. is this correct?

The best bet would be to sit down, watch your regen without it on, then wear the item and retest.

Other than that I can tell you that I think it is 5 hp per tick, as I beleive is the same on EQlive, could be different here however.

Yes, Regen is 5 per tic. Since the effect on the heart is (worn), It should double when you sit. 5 HP standing and 10 HP sitting.
