IDK what current recast is, but IIRC it's less than that... and unfortunately it's set in stone. It's hard-coded into the game, so, like AA costs, AA timers can't be changed.

Still, something like this or just a targetable HoT would be useful.

Or how about a [insert any reasonably useful shaman-type spell here]? That would be an improvement over the current. E.g. a near-insta cast Malo; an AoE resist or combat debuff; a targetable HoT; a targetable cannibalization; a group heal; a song-based, short duration group buff of some sort; or, tbh, anything else that isn't a waste of an AA slot =P
