Heal Touch & Harm Touch reload times

Noticed something interesting this morning. When a Pally dies (guessing it's the same for SK's), his Heal Touch (Harm for SK's) isn't renewed.

Naturally, due to a change in the way exp loss/debt is coded here, this does keep players from exploiting the ability, as it would be all too easy for the player to use the ability right after dying, to boost exp in a rapid manner.

Here's a suggestion: Drop the reresh time from 90 minutes to around 30-45 minutes. Would this really upset the balance of the hybrids? You still would have to wait a considerable amount of time (during which you're likely to go kill more stuff or get back to your group).
