Having trouble retrieving account details

Hey,

I played a SoD a couple of years ago (and also in its previous incarnation) and have forgotten my password. For some reason, when I use any of the functions on this website to retrieve the account details or anything like it, I don't recieve any e-mails ([email protected] being the address registered to the account). I have tried e-mailing the e-mail addresses in the sticky post a number of times from both [email protected] and [email protected] (my current e-mail address) but have not recieved a reply to either (I have checked my junk folders, etc.).

I would very much like to play again casually - my character was named Fayth. Fayth is a level 60 Barbarian Beastlord with a pet named Leyla. She has 30 something AAs and notable gear includes a Bloodletter and staff from The Grey (The Deep on this server if I remember correctly?) along with Amice of the Golden Dawn which is a reward from picking up a load of bags all over the place. She also has Cloak of the Wind from allied birdman faction (I think I may have been the first person to ever get it).

I don't believe I had any other characters on the account but it has been a long time. I was in the guild "Beyond" and I remember doing a bunch of stuff with Zaira back in the day.

Would it be possible to PM me the details, or try sending them to my msn address? I don't know whether there might be a problem on my end recieving the emails for some reason.

Sorry for the confusion - I meant I'd tried e-mailing the addresses in those threads before, along with using the automated system both from the AOL e-mail and the MSN e-mail with no response, so I don't think the e-mails were going through for some reason (unless I was being ignored which seems unlikely because I'm a pretty big deal *cough cough*).

Anyway, regardless, everything is sorted now as my AOL account picked up that last e-mail. Thanks so much for your help - especially as I understand it's not exactly your responsibility.

There might be a problem with msn email too.

Currently our email system doesn't have a dump location if the email is returned. It tries a few times and then it goes to the great bit bucket in the sky. One of the things I need to do is modify the system to allow for that happening. Or at least track it better.
