NO I can't .. you only get so many mandates .. You can't skip with something you don't have.

Well I was going to post that cyzaine told me he fixed the drop on this a long time ago and I thought you might be killing the wrong things.

Although a dev just told me this does not drop so classic cyzaine

Already knew this, thats why it's posted.

I never did this when I did that step of the quest on my cleric since I couldn't find where the thing dropped. I just used a mandate on the NPC that wanted that item. If it's broken that's all you can do right now, unless you used all of yours on the stuff-you-can-actually-get.

I started the quest more than a year ago I used all mandates and have been stuck here since I came back. So untill it's added to the game i'm stuck

Also to answer the question in another tread about why I made this post knowing it was broken was because I was told to do so.
