Haste stacks?

Hi, there have been a few questions about this and I can't seem to get a yes or no answer.
Do haste items stack?

If I wear these two:

Ripped Black Cloak
Summoned: Ring of Velocity

Would I be hasted by 20%?

Haste items do not stack.
you can have one haste of each of the following:
-Item
-Buff
-Song

Only the highest of each is used to calculate your final haste.
 
iirc song and spell haste do not stack, however there are many overhaste songs so thats most likely what was meant.
Not sure exactly how song overhaste works here if its all the same line or if there are separates, such as on live there were ervaj and vah shir overhastes. And im not sure if the amice of the golden dawn song effect stacks with other song overhaste.
Another thing to add to hastes is style haste.
 
- Items (highest is the only one that is counted for haste purposes)
- Regular spells (highest is the only one that is counted for haste purposes - this includes songs)
- Overhaste buffs (both spells and songs; stack with everything including each other)
 
Amice of the Golden Dawn will not stack with bard overhaste songs. Bard overhaste songs will not stack with each other.

To be clear, and in agreement with Zod and Jame, the precise list is:

1. Haste Items
2. Regular Haste Spells
3. Haste Song
4. OverHaste Song

1 of each, highest of each, yada yada like Zod said. That is unless I misread you, zod, and you're saying only 1 of the highest of the set (regular spells, haste songs), in which case I've experienced getting the highest of each of those categories to stack. Anyways, we've beat this to death...
 
There is also an item that has a short duration AE 5% overhaste effect - Golem pacemaker that last I heard stacks with all the above.
 
Yeah, sorry, not all overhaste hastes stack with each other.

However, spell haste and normal song haste don't stack.
