Anyone got a list of buyable haste items and % or haste each has. I have shoulderpads of alacraty. Bein that there isnt any buyable bows better than what I have I guess haste would be next big dps increaser.

The shoulderpads are 15%. Your next purchasable bet would be Pauldrons of Dragonkin, which are 25%, since you need your range slot for a bow. (So no idol of melee, which is also 25%).
What about emerald scale cloak, i have seen it for sale a couple times for 2k or so, is it worth that. Was told it was 30%, not sure if that is correct or not.
