Harmtouch timers

My harmtouches all are on the same timer I noticed today. If I use one, I'm locked out of using either of the other two for 35 minutes. I've tried using different combinations of which HT i use first but nothing changes. I get locked out after just using one. Any other SKs have this happen to them?
 
I think they ware always supposed to be that way, but on that note I think harm touch and leech touch should e 2 different timers they are both dps but serv diffrrnt purposes and improved ht should just multiply normal ht
 
You could actually change HT's completely, Remove the timer, and make the damage they do scale with a timer. Would probably wanna balance it out so it wasn't quite 1x1, and have one of the SK class tomes help this scale better, Recover faster.

This is an awkward change, If this really stays then the cooldown on harmtouches should be significantly lowered if possible. Shadowknights just went from having One reliable and two resistable oh shit buttons to One oh shit button. I am cool with the idea of choices but leech touch is basically trashed by this change.

This is of course assuming this change was intentional. Which I think it was because sks got stupid on a certain fight.

I surely hope that harm touches weren't changed just because of one fight. Change the mob so it's immune to harm touches instead of changing the whole iconic ability of a class. It is a pretty significant nerf to go from three ways to do some pretty significant damage and get snap agro to just one way. Like the others have said, normal harm touch and leech touch pretty much have been sidelined if this was intentional. It also feels like the one good tome SKs have that increases all three harm touches was cheapened.

If this is intentional, then at least a MOTD instead of a stealth nerf. I'm usually a pretty easy going guy but finding out about stuff like this during a "oh crap" moment just aggravates you.

That is honestly just a really wild guess from me. But it would be cool to have known changes were intentional and/or why.
 
I thought that the three HTs always put each other on cooldown, you could just mash all 3 in a specific order .5 seconds apart to get all three to fire in a row?

If you used leech touch last you got three, otherwise you only got two.
 
QQ you can't drop 160k damage on a caster curse anymore.

If this is a problem then it's a problem for 2-3 SK at the very high end. I'm T10 and I can't even do 20% of that damage with the 2nd class tome done. If this crazy damage is the problem, changing the basic abilities of all SK to compensate instead of the root of the problem (be it tomes or some other gear based damaged multiplier only seen at the very high end) doesn't seem like the way to fix it.

When I used it as long as I used the normal HT first it didn't matter the order I did the other two. Actually I thought they even fixed that a while back even but not positive.

Yeah, I wish I could test it out to see if there is an order now that my curiosity has been perked.
 
Looks to be intentional. There is new AA text for Leech Touch and Improved Harm Touch saying they use your existing Harm Touch timer.
 
Yeah, I see that is how wiki has had it for a while also but I've never paid much attention to the aa text. I guess now it is working as intended. Well live and learn. Objection removed.
