Handwraps of the Tranquil

Good thing monks have this handy thing called Feign Death that will drop aggro huh? Pulling aggro on a monk is never a valid arguement.

Well it's a good thing we have condescending druid pricks like you who have no idea what it's like to play a monk. It is a very valid argument, actually, considering that since warrior aggro isn't what it used to be, you can pull aggro off of them in about 30% almost no matter what you do, which is why 4/5 of the best geared monks use the 2-handed Spiked Obsidian Greatstaff.

So yes, aggro is a big issue for a monk because if we pull aggro, we usually die quickly.

If a monk keeps pulling aggro and FDing that is hurting his dps severly
Same goes for an evading rogue. They don't complain. And afaik (ok I'm no specialist) you can set up the same kind of hotkey.

Mine is

/doability 3
/doability 4
/stand
/attack

(ability 3 is flying kick :p not that I spam this key but incase im busy 2boxing and just throwing in a quick evade)

Yes, you can set up the evade key that does /attack off, hide, attack on among other things, but I am pretty sure the evade fail rate is ALOT higher than the FD fail rate.

Also, if you time it right you don't lose an attack round when you evade. I'm not quite sure if you can do this with FD.

i usually fd around 70 and again at 30. for a total loss of maybe 700 dmg. not really a big deal imo.

it probably does but it is not such a big deal with low delay weapons, im back attacking instantly

Would regular damage on them be overpowering? I dont see why bare fists shouldnt be brought in line with one handers of the same tier for the trade off of weapon stats.

I'm in favor of absolutely everything that adds choices to my game. The more shit I have to keep in my bags for situational advantages, the more involved I feel. Please, please, please, design shit you have to put on and take off for melee classes. As it is, our job is to box other chars.

Is it seriously a problem for you to FD every 30%? Really?
