The point is that the max engage level on the adept is level 25, thus, a level 25 should be able to wield it. The reason is that after 25 you can no longer do the windhag, so why in the hell can you kill it and not wield its loot?

There's soemthing mildly disturbing about being able to kill the Wind Hag with her own claw.

Even so, how does the level req. compare to the req. for other weapons? I was under the impression that (in part because it's an adept drop) the level req. for the dmg/del was MUCH better than other ones you can weild at that level. I could be wrong.

Allielyn I have the weapon drop off the 2nd watcher and I can still help kill him with it. Is that disturbing too?

I was under the impression that even though the loot is better off of adepts it was meant as a reward to those who managed to take down the mob. The Windhag isnt a piece of cake to do.

The adept weapons have already been changed.
