Guild House?

Ok, this is an idea I think is great but it is also a bit complicated.

I would like to suggest a Guild House. It would be a bit bigger than a regular house, or at least a bit better organized. Perhaps base what you receive in the guild house on how many donators the guild has in it's membership. Guild houses would address the problems with having guild sales bots or placing one person in charge of the guild bank.

Due to changing membership in guilds, there would be a need some way to automatically disable the key. Perhaps by having them only function while you have the guild tag. Or possibly have a /cm guildhouse that acts as a key with the same restrictions as a regular key?

Ideas for the interior-

Row of decor placeholders outside rather than having them tossed randomly around and inside the buiildings.

Buildings would have Utility placeholders only, allowing more space for storage/sales/TS containers/dispensers.

If the regular house was used, then more donators would mean access to more buildings, giving more utility placeholders to the guild for use. For instance; 1 donator in the guild would give access to the guild house and the smallest building, 2 would grant the 2nd building, and 3 would enable the largest.

Any member could deposit items into sales containers and set the price, but all proceeds would go to an NPC "Guild banker" with limited access. I think it would be good to allow him to report what he has and what has been donated to anyone though.

Guild Banker could take coin donations and possibly report who has donated how much. This would allow guilds to save up for things easily and keep track. ((Target guild banker and /say Please deposit the coins I am holding , much like depositing items into storage boxes.

Possibly the guild banker could also track guild membership. Many of the guild commands could be automated through him too. (promotions, demotions, labeling guild status like officer etc) One thing I have seen repeated many times is a request to be able to have guild membership managing tools that can work while members are offline and this may provide an opportunity for that.

I am sure there are many benefits I have not considered also. Feel free to toss out ideas or concerns.

Really all they would have to do is impliment the guild house zone from live into SoD if that is possible.

I remember this idea being shot down in a previous discussion about house keys for donators... I can't seem to find the thread about it now... but I'm pretty sure I did read it at one point. If I do end up finding the original thread I'll post a link to it in here.
