I would like the AA Guardian animation for enchanters changed please. As it stands: Guardian animation, after 12 aa, will make your sword/sheild pet block 1 in 4 attacks if it is 'close' to you.
Here are my problems with it:
Solo: we dont solo with our sheildy pets
Group: I 'almost' ALWAYS charm. Even if, for some reason, i wasn't, i dont see this helping much at all.
Raid: 3 hits from a raid mob would kill me, and the 1 hit (assuming laws of averages) would kill my pet too. Even on trash this wouldn't be a help. Also, on raids, shieldy pet is rarely up, as it dies fast from enrage, AoE, and ripostes.
Here is what I would sugest:
Runic Lore(or some similarly tasteful name
)
increases the sheilding of rune spells by 10/20/30%. This at max lvl would give RUNEVI about 1300 HP correct? Doesn't seem like a ton, but every bit helps! Also, guarding rune, i beleive 1500 hp? Would be slightly stronger in emergencies too.
or possibly, to go along with the original AAs idea of helping enchanter live:
Inate Rune
mitigation of a set amount of melee dmg. scaling up of course.
or even:
Rune Skin
Every melee strike against the caster gives a % chance to "proc" a small rune (stacks with others to ovoid overwrites) further lvls increase power and %chance.
Those are random ideas, beggers cant be choosers, thanks for listening![/b]
