CLR(60) Ethereal Elixir and DRU(63) Circle of Soothing both have a target range of 150 and ae radius of 75.
This results in being able to target and cast upon people who are actually too far away for the HoT to land on.
PAL(64) Ethereal Cleansing has target range 100 and ae radius 100, so it should not have this problem.
Further investigation led to noticing that range increment increases target range and not ae radius. This makes the problem even worse and will also cause it to affect paladin GHoTs also.
