Graphics DLL?

When my friend starts SoD patcher and it patches all the way and seems like it's starting EQ, a message pops up saying something like Unable to load graphics DLL.

Is there a solution to this? Video card driver issue or something? Would be grateful for a fix <3

Downloaded a msssomething.dll and now it's saying something about parameters and exception system processes... Any ideas yet? :/

Yes here is my idea, have your friend post so actual details on how it was installed and what the real error messages are and what sort of hardware it is? Judging by the super vague errors you didn't really give much info on it sounds like something that has probably been in the faq before. If not then MUCH more info is needed.

Error

The problem is when i try to start the game i press patch and run button it patches nicely but after that a window pops up saying Exception Processing Message c0000135 Parameters 75b4bf9c 75b4bf9c 75b4bf9c 75b4bf9c

Still need more info. Method of installation and name of disks used. Operating system and hardware being used.

I actually used a memory stick to transfer to data from my friends computer. I dont know will this help anything but I'll give it a shot.

Any use? :psyduck:

I'd try to actually install from titanium cd's. Barring that you seem reluctant to supply much specific detail about your setup. Maybe it's just a language barrier misunderstanding, and I don't mean to sound rude, but without any technical info technical support can't be forthcoming.

Without more info about your computer we could guess all day about what caused it. What Operating System, what video card, what drivers, what processor, version of directx....

Look at other posts for the kind of details needed if you don't know.

YAY!! the old message went away when i did what wesell sed. But now i have a new problem. Theres a new problem a new window popped up that sed "Failed to load the graphics DLL!"

try actually installing it instead of copying files from another computer.

edit* before you ask, no, its not the same thing.

Does anyone know how to help with this? when i push the button patch and run it patches well, but after that there will appear a window that says: "Failed to load graphics DLL!"

Well, since you arent willing to follow instructions to even install the game properly.. i can say im honestly not surprised it doesnt work right.

I think theres a chance to get it this way and I think it would be much faster and I will install it your way if i won't find any other solution.

He has a problem that his dvd-player is broken so the memory sticks were pretty much the only option since his download speed kinda sucks :/ Bleh, we'll have to think a way around this.

You do understand that simply copying files over doesnt install things, right? There are registry entries written, as well as system files that are usually written(for things such as GRAPHICS) into the system folder.

If you find a way around it, more power to you. But id recommend doing it the right (proven) way first, before you ask for help and offer vagueries as information on what you've done, Since what we're going to do is say "Do it the right way"

Yeah, we understand <: It's just weird since I've done it before to two other PCs and it's been fine. Only now we're having some problems.
