Graphics Cards with Issues-

I am looking to make a list of the graphics cards that have playable but annoying graphic issues. Hopefully this will help people who are looking to get a new computer and perhaps help find fixes.

Current Known Issues:

Graphics Tearing-(Moderate)
Gforce 8500 GT
GForce 8800 GT/GTS
GForce 9800 GT

No Target Ring- (Minor)
TNT2
ATI Rage Pro
Radeon X series (Mobility and non)



Post other graphics cards problems below please and I will add them to the list.
 
I wish I would have paid attention to what exactly changed things, but for a long time my GForce 8800 GT would make all the characters stretch out and distort, but after a driver change I had it working for a short while.

Back to not working correctly again though :/
 
Can we add cards which don't display target rings correctly? If so add ATI Mobility Radeon X300
 
I have a 9800 and 2 8800 GT's i found that it was my quad core ( and a dual core in one machine ) causing the conflict...
The solution ( for the 3 pc's we have ) was to set the affinity to Cpu 0 only, if we are all dc'ing then one would set the second client to cpu 1 only. Idk if this will help anyone else but this did the trick on all of our pc's.
 
X1650 - no target ring.

Actually, about once or twice a month I'll see a target ring go floating by in some completely random ass location like along a wall or across the sky.

Its almost awesome.

For all intents and purposes though, it doesnt work :)
 
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 - no spell effects. OK, yeah, I know I should get a real graphics card, but it's my wife's machine, and SoD is the only real gaming I do on it.
