Gradalsh quest line [A Plague for all Seasons]

Part one directs you to Decay Lord Grindrun in NP sewers and has you do his quests 1 - 5 before progressing onto A Plague for All Seasons 2.

On Grindrun's first quest, you are tasked with using a 'Scroll of Reanimation' on one of the pool sacrifices. However, non necro classes cannot use the scroll and get spell locked when using it. Can this get looked at? It prevents one from starting the Gradalsh quest line.

hello , part 2 of this quest is not doable for me . i create a small Necro yesterday and start these quest. The part 1 easy, when i try the part 2 , i kill the newport citizen and come immediately Kos for the guards . When i try to speak to caporal Larun , he kill me immediately .

If you have any idea how to finish this part.
