I don't know the history between all the major players involved in this, but I wouldn't spend my time playing a game I didn't enjoy for "months." I'm sorry that you feel the way you do and that the server isn't what you want it to be anymore (I assume it was at some point if you invested this much time in it). If you aren't having fun while doing something that you do for fun, you need to reevaluate the way you spend your time.

Getting this worked up over a game is not healthy. I'm sure many of us can attest to EQ or some other MMO being an unhealthy choice for us. I learned my lesson of getting so involved 2 years ago. I hope you guys learn it here - don't spend your time being stressed out and call it fun.

Best of luck to you wherever you go. And have fun while you're there.

Yes, Lokdar, we had civil discussions. It's really too bad you couldn't stay civil and not explode into flaming balls of conspiracy-rage and misdirected abuse, or you might not have quit today.

Also, "legacy spy"?

The guy was a Ruin monk who Lokdar made train a bunch of players, and felt bad for it afterwards, so he contacted staff. For some reason we didn't ban Lokdar for this, just suspended him. I suspect that Lokdar won't include that bit in his good times log for some reason.

Bull fucking shit.

Locking this, there's no need to post private chat logs no matter what the discussion. If you feel the need to quit, then good luck with whatever else you do.

I'm just going to end with the footnote that Lokdar:

A) Quit on his own accord.
B) Had a bigger tally of rule-breaking offenses than anyone else on the server.

That's it, really. I'm sorry that Ruin is going to suffer from this, but that is Lokdar's fault, not mine.
