Goblin High Councillor camp in RSM

Obviously the Subject title pretty much says it all.



Currently there are 5 regular councillors up at any given time, and when you kill them, it has a chance to spawn the named. Ive been trying to get the named to spawn for roughly the last 10 days. Ive killed the camp over 30 times (read: 150 regular councillors dead) and i've managed to get the named to spawn once. Can this please be looked at?

In comparison, 2 other nameds nearby I had in rotation to kill for about 15 of those times when I was waiting for the councillers to spawn, I got 3 nameds to spawn on the one camp and 4 on the other, and they only have once placeholder.

There can be streaks of bad luck, but when it gets to be under a 1% spawn chance on a mob, I get kinda depressed.

There is a few good reasons why everyone hates RSM and this might be one of them.

I approve this product and/or service. Since this spawn was nerfed, it's been utterly worthless. You get more for your time by camping the burning construct, which is a little absurd.

The pull is also a bitch in comparison. Me and Nepthes farmed this for about 5 days or so, saw 2 named and could barely nab the main pull down without a splitter or CCer.
 
I have sat at this spawn botting Junius and playing Rehn for probably 30-40 respawns in the last month or two, I have seen the named twice. I figured I was just unlucky.

I wouldn't be opposed to nerfing the robe a little bit in exchange for a higher chance of named spawn. RSM is not a very populated zone the only person I ever see in there is perky. Maybe some faster respawns or higher named rates would jazz it up a little.
 
Youve never seen me there? Im hurt. :(

And with the mana conservation change, the robe is alot less appealing now.
 
Also, did this take effect immediatly or does it require patched because I dont think I want to try camping it again until I know its patched in.
