Goat

Not sure if this is some kind of bug, or just a joke, but for some reason there is a Mob named Goat appearing on my track in RSP and Lasanth. I decided to hunt down this strangely named mob in RSP, was able to target it, but i could not attack it or see it. Just curious if this is a joke of sorts or what, but if anyone has any idea what its about, please let me know.

Maybe you have a froggy jar or something and your pet name is goat? or someone else in the zone's pet possibly.

Pets can get bugged and hang around without the : that indicates they are a pet sometimes.

Thanks Llandoldar, that has to be it, although i do find it odd that it was Green in one zone and Light Blue in another.

it was my mage's pet

mage died while zoning into both RSP and Las, once while 56 and the other at 57
so i guess the pet got bugged, it certainly didn't do anything against the stuff that was kicking my a$$ :haw:

Occasionally tacotown leaves a corpse when he dies, and yes, he has dropped loot before. Only like misc crap though. Once he dropped a pearl.

I see some skeleton pet in mielb zone line at the "bugged pet" spot every time I go there, I can't recall his name tho

Theres a Shaman pet in Lasanth as well.... something Bucket.... Hes stuck over by the mino area.
