Are there certain times when there is a slim chance of a GM being on to respond to petitions, ie from really late night thru early mornings?

Also, if it's urgent, join mIRC to get ahold of a GM faster. Never send Wiz a PM, and just ask in the main chat if you could speak to a GM.

He probably meant to say North American time. Though I think there just as many Canadian GMs as American GMs
